Seems like when we load a QGis project the Rave layers get shuffled.

This is fixed but I'm leaving it here as a reminder and also to verify during testing.

@MattReimer I'm still seeing this issue with project views for QRAVE TauDEM projects. I'm using QRAVE 0.6.0 and this TauDEM project.
