Generate cross sections tool maxes length out at 1000m #346

As mentioned any distance beyond 1000m is not allowed as an input for generating cross sections. This has been brought up as an issue in valleys where a longer distance is needed to intersect the VB polygon.

I have increased this to 5km for the next release. Let me know if this is acceptable (as well as the other parameters).
