-Layer called Risk or Risk Potential, something else along those lines.
-Three separate layers (points, lines, polygons)
-exists under planning event node>planning dce>assessment node along with recovery potential layer
-import risk layers from anthro context (new pathway, or promote from context after right click in riverscapes project>add to qris.)
-optional attribute tacked on to import, Risk Type = low, medium, high. Mimics risk forms from planning module. User can define risk if they want to, but not necessary.
