@KellyMWhitehead I'm starting into these changes.

Note that the capitalization changes (which are necessary to get the side bar to show the correct text) might change some URLs and require a round of software "Help" button link updates. Sorry.

@philipbaileynar noticing we missed this one. I'm not sure what of this needs to be for 1.0. I will let you judge that. I moved this to 1.1.
