Ability to import photos without geotag #453

Ive noticed imported photos with no geotag get stored in the photos but have no associated points in the data. Basically Observtaion points is an empty layer image Is there a pathway to import photos based on a field relation/join. I know theres an attachment widget where you can specify the file path, in this it would be where the photos are stored in the project. image Not sure what the process would be but the layer has the image name from the survey already. Maybe theres a way to automate the process so users can associate non geotagged photos with a structure.

Ive tested the widget and it works great, just cant save the changes to the project.
