Changes to Planning Container in DCE

What we Have

Currently, you have a Add New Planning Event node under Data Capture Events → Low-Tech Process-Based Restoration. This is good.

This brings up a Create New Planning Event Dialog

This event type, on creation only allows adding of the "Planning" layers of Recovery Potential and Risk Potential.

What we Need

We need a way of organizing in the tree multiple DCEs to define a planning event. We simply need to expose the planning layers of recovery potential and risk potential in normal DCEs. We DO NOT need a planning specific DCE. Within a Planning Container, we have the option of associating regular DCEs with it. A typical LTPBR Planning exercise as defined in manual, includes at least two but potentially three associated DCEs. The two are Current and Historic Representation DCEs (controlled in Basic Properties tab of DCE). An optional third is a Future. It allows us to control the display in the tree of DCEs where those DCEs can exist on their own (and be sorted) at first level in tree, and/or duplicated and referenced and accessed under a planning container node.

How we will use it

We use it to organize and provide access to planning events that took place for LTPBR, typically prior to doing design.

@joewheaton, @Jdgilby Please confirm the following tabs:

Basic Properties

• Remove Valley Bottom, Event Completed at, and representation?
• Keep the date picker?
• Anything missing?

Associated Events

• This is filtered to DCE's only. Include designs or AsBuilts?
• The data column is a little clunky for missing dates, I will work on this.
• Type column should include DCE, AsBuilt, Design etc. Might not be needed if only DCE's are used.
• Phase column determines if a DCE is included, and what phase (use a different term?)
• There are currently no checks limiting the number of phases, or making sure there is at least one of each type. Do we need this functionality?

Other

• The Description and Metadata tabs function as usual.
• I will probably remove the add new layers to map checkbox at the bottom.

Project Tree

• Added to the bottom of DCE's. We can add sorting/grouping to this.

Right Click Menu

• Other Additions or removals to this?
• I have removed the Delete option for Events that are under a Planning Container. I am considering removing the Properties option as well. Need to be extremely careful here since Events could show up multiple places in the tree.

Everything here is ready for 0.9, except for the Design form. Broke this into a separate issue, will tackle this soon (1.0 or 1.1)
