Update RIM business logic #106

fixed to work with validated project xml and added project views

hi @philipbaileynar

I edited the inundation.xml business logic file on in the RaveAddIn/RaveAddIn/XML folder and requested the changes to be approved through a pull request. Please let me know if I did not do this correctly.

Thanks @kbartelt. You did everything right. The only thing you missed was formally requesting a review of the pull request by me. (Top right of the screen.) This is how I know you have finished your work and the pull request is ready for integrating.
