Gut plumb #115

I think I addressed most of what @joewheaton went over in the video but this still needs:

  1. Detrended and Hillshade rasters added as Inputs (@philipbaileynar)
  2. Somebody to look over the organization of the Evidence node. I took a stab at it, but it will most likely need some revising (@joewheaton )
