Right clicking on a Geopackage layer in RAVE project tree has a "Browse Folder" option. This needs to be fixed to work for geopackages:

@philipbaileynar is this actually just the proper file association with anything that is a node from a geopackage? On old issues like this, we need to:

[ ] Reassign a parent issue in right place (e.g. RiverscapesXML) Have tasks as appropriate for changes to:
[ ] QRAVE
[ ] ArcRAVE
[ ] WebRAVE

clicking "Browse Folder" on layer stored in a GeoPackage now does the logical thing and opens Windows Explorer with the folder containing the GeoPackage.
