@MattReimer I have "updating resources" working in ArcRAVE, including MD5 checking. The download does lock the user interface, although the method I'm using appears to have asynchronous capabilities.
I also got the submodule working and have removed all business logic and symbology files from this repository.
I have done some testing on my own and created a pre-release for @KellyMWhitehead to download and do some more.
