Test Drive ArcRAVE 3.1 and Report Expereince

Hey @lauren-herbine and @shelbysawyer . Would you both please test drive (e.g. 10-20 minutes total and jsut record video) the new ArcRAVE https://github.com/Riverscapes/RaveAddIn/releases/tag/3.1.0? We need to give @philipbaileynar some quick feedback. I will do mine tonight.

I have not tested the definition queries (need to know how).

I think there is a minor bug in adding layers to the TOC that already exist (see end of video). As best I can tell all other features are working as expected. That is to say nicely.

The only minor things I could find not working were some of the links in the "About RAVE" documentation and EcoRegion level III was not coming in. Otherwise, looks awesome! All layers were adding correctly and Project views opened nicely.

Oh! And opening the project did not automatically zoom me to the project area- I think @joewheaton also mentioned that in his video.

@philipbaileynar let me know if there is anything more specific you want me to test drive

Hey @philipbaileynar, I test drove ArcRAVE 3.1 and have noted the issues that I encountered while making the video:

• [ ] Spelling error in "About" Section: "BLM has supproted the development of ArcRAVE"
• [ ] Valley Bottom Geomorphic Units layers (Estimated Active Channel, Estimated Active Floodplain, Estimated Inactive Floodplain) are not drawing correctly at the watershed scale, but do draw correctly when zoomed in. Not sure if this is a VBET issue or an ArcRAVE issue?
• [ ] Catchment Wing Stream Order not drawing correctly at watershed scale. Again, I'm not sure if this is a VBET issue or an ArcRAVE issue. I forgot to record myself going through the Project Views, noted this issue after:
• [ ] Estimated Valley Bottom Geomorphic Units View: Drawing problems (noted above). I would also like to see this view come in with the hillshade underlaid.

Issues for me to address, not related to ArcRAVE:

• [ ] Normalized Evidence View needs work on my part.. likely a BL issue
• [ ] The "Normalized HAND Evidence" legend comes in collapsed when added to the TOC.. BL issue?

Okay, I played with the definition queries in ArcRAVE 3.1 and they work great @philipbaileynar. I'll reference this in my Pull Request: https://youtu.be/fGzTHH5awcA FYI @Cashe93 and @wally-mac this is how I am getting our new sqlBRAT outputs to limit the default display to the perennial network like we did in pyBRAT.
