In summary:

NHD Flow Areas in vbet.xml business logic incorrectly using symbology key from polyline of "flow_lines". It should be fixed to:

```
Slope analysis layer not using slopeDeg.lyr
Hill shades broken (#24 )

However, HAND is working and Active Channel is (plus NHD Flowlines)
