Description and/or Explanation of Need

This was identified over in https://github.com/Riverscapes/RaveAddIn/issues/114 a long time ago. It needs to get wrapped up

@joewheaton I was able to create symbology for most of the sqlRVD layers in QGIS to match ArcGIS, mentioned in #212 . I can push those through now if needed. The only symbology that still needs to be created is for the output layers, something I ran into an issue with and mentioned in #208

Interesting. As I said in #208, lets prioritize the other stuff first. We may need @MattReimer eyes, but I don't want to distract him until the main things are done. In the meantime, if you have most of hte layers, go ahead and push up what you can and we'll take what we can get. Thanks!

Yup. I agree completely. Push whatever you want. If you need more input than that We'll get to it in order of priority

@joewheaton @wally-mac all of the symbology for RVD has been created for QRAVE, pushed, and merged with the master, except for the outputs mentioned in issue #208, mentioned in the first comment in this thread. If it is beginning to be a priority again, we can start working on RVD curation for WebRAVE, just give the word
