DEM Survey Date Improvements #331

I'm building 25 GCD projects by hand and want to enter survey dates for each DEM. Minimizing mouse clicks is critical...

  1. Please sort the available survey years in descending chronological order given that the probability is higher of a DEM being captured more recently.
  2. The dropdown doesn't take multiple keyboard entries. typing 2 0 1 3 doesn't take you to 2013.
  3. It's an easy win to use a calendar icon instead of the ubiquitous cog button icon.
