Try PNG Image optimization for Jekyll Site #400

Just to see how it works. We have a lot of images here so it's a good test case.

Just FYI... I understand that this ticket is just to try the workflow... but I will point out that I diligently ran most of the images in this site through TinyPNG when building the site.
