In troubleshooting #437, I saw a new bug for the first time. I am on a Windows 11 machine and when I went to Create a New GCD Project or to Open an Existing GCD Project the open folder button did not recognize my file system and only showed me the desktop folder. I have never seen this. I didn't mention it this video, but you can see it happening.
Reproduction steps
Open or Create new GCD project in Standalone.
Workaround
Since our dialog shows the "Project Folder Path", I could push past it by copying and pasting a correct folder path into the dialog, but that isn't correct.
I am still waiting to see if it wakes up from resampling and will test again after a reboot. But this is odd. Also, NOT A DEVELOPMENT PRIORITY obviously.
That folder browser dialog (as opposed to the file browser dialog) is the WORST! perhaps they have replaced it with a new one and the legacy version we are using is now broken?
