@wally sounds good I will take a look at those and start making those maps pronto.
@MatthewMeier please have a watch of this video before you make the summary and atlas products for Burnt River BRAT and John Day BRAT.
@wally-mac Thanks for the video I will take a look at it and make those summary and atlas products. I am finishing up the veg code changes for the John day and packaging those up for inputs for techs and myself if time permits to run. Then putting up Chalese's video and watching those. I think watching those videos will help me accomplish those tasks faster. Thanks for the input.
@MatthewMeier please reach out to @Albonicomt if you have any questions updating the summary and atlas products for Burnt River BRAT and John Day BRAT. He knows this stuff inside and out!
@wally-mac just giving you an update that I am in the process of updating the data for the NFB atlas maps and should have those done today. Once I am done with this I will be helping @mhallerud finish up the rest of the BRAT runs for the John Day. Suzanne has uploaded all of her beaver dam survey123 information and I still need to look over what Thomas did before on that watershed which shouldn't take to long. @mhallerud is working on the Middle John and and I believe that she is making good progress on that.
@MatthewMeier, thanks for the update that all sounds great.
Hi @wally-mac I have been compiling all of the data together and so I can run through it all fast but am wondering if this is the type of format that you like the maps to be in? @Albonicomt @CHafen feel free to weigh in you two are the experts.
Looks good!

I have completed all of the maps for the NFB besides the BRAT outputs. I have to make new tables for that. Here are all the maps for the Atlas Inputs and Intermediates. @wally-mac let me know if you would like anything adjusted for those. I have definitely gotten a deeper appreciation for MIc and Chalese for sure. They do a great job at this so quickly. I will get there though and any advice on improvements would be great. Thanks
@MatthewMeier, I just finished examining the maps of the inputs and intermediates you generated. They look good to me. If you need help finishing up the output maps please reach out to @Albonicomt. Thanks!
@Albonicomt could you do the output maps for the NFB I think that I will be busy enough with the data capture events for the NFB and the John Day runs. Here is the AI file I have been working from. and here is the project folder for the new NFB run. I have uploaded and set up the folder structure already that you can upload them to. Thanks man. @wally-mac with these outputs you just need the stats for the DCE for the NFB right? and @mhallerud plot right?
Yes, just run the observed vs modeled stats fo the NF Burnt.

Sounds good! I will get to it.
@wally-mac and @MatthewMeier Here are the output Summary Products
Excellent work Mic, as usual, you will be greatly missed!
Thanks a ton @Albonicomt your awesome man.
@wally-mac Wanted to give you a project summary of what was accomplished while you were gone. The North Fork Burnt report and deliverable list has been completed and can be found here. The John Day report is in progress with all of the BRAT models ran and the following deliverable items completed... 1.KMZ of each of four primary BRAT outputs (existing capacity, historic capacity, human-beaver conflict, management and conservation zones)(here) 2.Shapefiles and Geodatabases of each of four primary outputs (existing capacity, historic capacity, human-beaver conflict, management and conservation zones)(here) What is left to go... 3.Posting of existing and historic beaver dam capacity output layers to public website(will be easy once the report is complete or near completion) 4.Full interpretive report with management recommendations(in progress here) 5.John Day basin-wide virtual inventory of existing beaver dams as KMZ (here) 6.Atlas of BRAT outputs(Waiting for maps to be completed first) @CHafen is working on the BRAT output maps right now and I am working on the intermediates. the Input maps are done. Other items... @mhallerud is working on the BRAT that @Albonicomt made good progress on. The data is missing some of the key land use fields and so we are having to rerun it from the beginning but there are some things like DA and mainstem edits that will go much faster with it done already. @Albonicomt if you have not documented your regression equation could you?
Thanks Matt. I have read over both reports and have accepted nearly all your edits. Nice work. I have a few questions regarding some of the tables and atlas that we could go over together early this week. Please let me know of a time that works for you tomorrow (Tue).

@wally-mac I have class today at 10:30 - 11:45 (I will make up a work schedule for you to refer to for this semester. I can meet with you anytime after that.
@wally-mac here is the final report for the North Fork Burnt. Let me know if you would like anything changed.
Thanks Matt. I'll have a read through this afternoon and I'll let you know if I need anything more for you for this report. Nice work!
@MatthewMeier here is a video that describes the final edits that are needed for the summary and atlas products for Burnt River BRAT and John Day BRAT. Once you have the Brunt River maps completed please provide them to @chadFHC and @GabeStudent1234 so they can start producing the StoryMap. I realize that the John Day BRAT needs to be re-run so that will take more time but please also provide these maps to Chad and Gabe so they can generate a John Day BRAT StoryMap as well.
