Geometry is not M-aware (BRAT_Table, FindBraidedNetwork) #293

Occasionally when running the BRAT Table tool, this error will occur when the FindBraidedNetwork script is called. We've tried disabling the M-Flag in environment settings, but it still comes up. This bug seems to be very inconsistent, and only appears on some devices, or some watersheds.
