Please add not only the Knowledge Base Link but also the Ticket submission link. Not sure if we should do those as buttons in the footer or not, but I have used this elsewhere: (e.g. from: https://viewer.riverscapes.net/software-help/)
The generic KB link is: https://riverscapes.freshdesk.com/support/solutions
We may want to think about the Knowledge Base link being specific in each Gatsby site to the solution for that app (e.g. https://riverscapes.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/folders/153000068960 is for viewer).
By contrast, the Submit a Ticket
is not specific: https://riverscapes.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
I agree with the Support email (support@riverscapes.freshdesk.com) being last in order.
