@joewheaton that's odd you can't make one. We should have the same admin status.
Here's the code for the chat widget. I'm trying to make it so that people can either chat with us or use FAQ documents. I'm not seeing an obvious way to link out Knowledge Base articles in FreshDesk to the chat widget FAQs in FreshChat, but there must be a way.

Looking more into the FreshChat vs FreshDesk to get the chat widget working. We need to get a FreshChat subscription for the live chat. It's an extra $19/month/user. We are able to sync both so our FreshDesk articles are available as FAQs on Freshchat and sync chat and customers. https://crmsupport.freshworks.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000005702-connect-your-freshchat-and-freshdesk-account
@MattReimer and @philipbaileynar - Looks like we just want to stick with the Help Widget (issue Riverscapes/riverscapes-gatsby#12) for now
We have the ability to do this and a flag set that will turn this on if we ever choose to.
Please set up the freshdesk Chat widget (my admin account won't let me), and copy the embed code (see Riverscapes/riverscapes-gatsby#12 for example) over here for @MattReimer or @philipbaileynar to have a play with.
