Riverscapes Menu Item not working correctly in theme #4

The menubar for the Riverscapes theme has (e.g. http://lowtechpbr.restoration.usu.edu/) the following menu items :

The intent was for RC Tools, RC Science and RC Data and RC Help to have the submenu items similar to that on the main Riverscapes.xyz page. However, for now they correctly link across to the main site at least and have no submenu items (only worth doing if we don't have to manually update it).

We need to fix behavior of the "Riverscapes" menu item so that it actually links to Riverscapes.xyz page. Currently, it only links back to itself (i.e. to the current page you are on in a website).
