Fade into next shape

Let cloud smoother change when mesh has refresh. Maybe needs two cloud mesh data group to cross fading.

• [x] cloud will flicker when position offset increase.
• [ ] cloud will disappear when player across chunk border. (after 1.7.2)
• [ ] fading cloud face will show sky instead of other faces behind.
