Due to base noiseSample function change, the clouds sample module on 1.16.5 has some weird issues.
Such as when you turn sampleSteps to 3, sampler output will be limited in a small range, clouds need densityThreshold set to around 0.425 to gen. Otherwise just slightly different can make clouds disappear or fill up whole sky.
Second is, the clouds in sampleSteps 1 or 2 is so continuous, gen like a cave biome.
But the 1.16.5 isn't my mainly maintenance version, so pending it for now.
