RC-Channel 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load firmaware via ArduMegaPlanner
2.Configure channell 5,6,and 7 to RC5_FUNCT = 1
3.channel 5 and 6 can be commanded via Tx, channel 7 no

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
control from RC-Transmitter of channel 7 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ardu Pilot Mega 2.23

Channel 7 is being reserved for use with camera mounts.  There is no need to 
use channel 7 for flap or aileron functionality, hence the lack of ability to 
define channel 7 for this use.  As camera functionality is added channel 7 will 
be used.
