APM Planer 1.1.16 / Firmware upload fails / Check port settings or port in use..... .....ArdupilotMega.GCSViews.Firmware.UploadFlash(String filename, String board)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open APM Planner 1.1.16
2. connect to board (perfectly working)
3. goto firmware tab, click on arduplane v2.27
4. routine is running
5. Shows: Write completed
6. after abt 30sec: Failed upload and a popup window showing a long error 
message:

Check port settings or port in use? System.ArgumentOutofRangeException......
.... Parametername: Value
at System.Windows.Forms.ProgressBar.set_Value(Int32 value)
at ArdupilotMega.GCSViews.Firmware.UploadFlash(String filename, string board)

Everything worked perfectly with. 2.24! =( now i cannot fly due to this issue! 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

the upload would have been suscesfull, and should work fine.

Cannot verify. Probably an issue with the user's setup
