URGENT: 'VERIFY HEIGHT' CONVERTS WAYPOINT 'ALT' TO ABSOLUTE HEIGHT #489

In flight planner (APM 1.1.20 onwards)
1. Un-check 'Absolute Alt' box
2. Check 'Verify Height' box
3. Set 'Default Alt' = 100 m
4. Assuming home Alt = 500 m

When clicking each new waypoint, the 'Alt' field of waypoint shows absolute
altitude (=google based ground elevation + 100). Even though 'Absolute Alt' box
is un-checked.

But 'Elevation Graph' interprets this as relative altitude and adds to that the
home altitude (=google-based ground elevation + 100 + 500).

So exactly what altitude will the plane fly at?
