No yaw servo output on AC 2.2b4 #498

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a tricopter
2. Try and control the yaw servo.
3.

It should move when yaw stick is moved. Nothing happens.

Pat Hickey has checked in a change to resolve this.  Just need someone to test 
it now!
