Dependency not handled #3

Hey,

thank you for this great package. Small issue: I discovered that the dependency "Rsolnp" is not handled correctly. After installing the package and trying to run cv_regsem(), I got an error due to this. After installing "Rsolnp", everything worked fine.

Thanks for pointing this out. Version 1.1.6 fixes this
