As an user, I can create, read, update, and delete posts so that I can manage my tutor offerings.

Acceptance Criteria:

Allows a user to create a tutoring service, display its offering on the website, amend the offering or the price or delete the service.
User authentication to prevent unauthorised CRUD operations.
