Manipulation + ZED docker image #55

Due to new necessities arising in other areas, such as navigation and vision, the Nvidia Jetson Xavier is not enough to handle the resources required to be simultaneously running the ZED and other devices within the robot. This will address a full docker image that includes all manipulation dependencies, ZED SDK and DepthAI installs.
