Moo Cow stay at a constant 0 ticks #40

Cows stay at a constant 0 ticks on current server. Even after a server restart, still the same. Looks like this only effects some cows of certain fluids.

Note: newly spawned cows are unaffected. And feeding wheat to the broken ones seems to have fix them.

Disregard the wheat, seems this goes right back to 0 again and stops.
