AC 1 - "Recipe creation is a core function, it should be simple to navigate to this form" AC 2 - "Recipe creation should have a button visible on every page (not other recipes) with a large plus button" AC 3 - "Recipes should be a single page form with auto formatting to bring content in line with layout standards"
