As a logged-in user, I want to write a short bio about myself on my profile

AC 1 - "The user needs the ability to write a bio which is visible in their public profile" AC 2 - "The user should be able to add an image to their bio section which is visible in their public profile and becomes their mini icon top right" AC 3 - "Bio should have a character limit to meet layout standards"
