The mod options aren't saved in MCM 4.2 Bannerlord version 1.5.7 (Nexus comments also report it isn't working on 1.5.8 and I believe it is likely due to the MCM 4.2 changes).
The mod correctly shows up in the MCM but actually changing anything doesn't work. Changes are reverted upon loading a save.
I tried changing options in the config file but it doesn't seem to work either, but here there is room for user-induced error.
