We need a finger snapping effect (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finger_snapping), where the pop-folk singers are kicking their asses down from shtrakane s prasti (http://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A9%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B5_%D1%81_%D0%BF%D1%80%D1%8A%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B8) on each mouse over. Ain't no CSS3 tricks needed I guess, mouseover/mouseout is enough. Just find the respective images. It's open for discussions
