[X] I have verified that this issue occurs in a SUPPORTED environment, meaning I can reproduce this WITHOUT OptiFine, and without Bukkit+Forge server software like KCauldron, Thermos, Crucible, Mohist etc

Describe the Issue
Officially in the weird territory. The dropped item entities move at a glacial pace, rapidly decelerating. This looks kinda majectic, but also annoying because when you drop items they are immediately picked up as they practically don't travel horizontally.
Reverting back to Et_Futurum_Requiem-2.5.1+nomixin fixes this.
