appointments are sent explicitly in UTC timezone - This means that Outlook or whatever convert to local time correctly. The old behaviour was that Outlook guessed the timezone – my Outlook got it correct, but Gmail got it wrong.
reminder email, so they are sent at the correct timezone (GMT not UTC).
Reminder email sent with UTC date times instead of GMT date times. This is causing users to show up for their appointments at the wrong time.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior The reminder email to be at the same time as the original appointment.
Actual
So the reminder email is at 10am (UTC) rather than 11am (GMT). Make sure the timezones are correct in this email.
