I'm having this issue as well. On two separate pages, though. I cut and pasted a single line block from one page to another, and when I returned to the original page, the cut block had reappeared. when I open them together (one in the sidebar), highlighting one highlights the other, editing or removing one also edits or removes the other.
I'm not sure what causes this to happen but it's something we're tracking it atm. I think the best way to do away with it right now is to copy paste the block and its children in a new block, then delete the one that shows duplicated.
Atm the thinking is that it's related to the data loss, where something can mistakenly be recorded as being in two places at once.
Just noticed this myself.
I've been using the Brave browser for the last few days to access Roam, and just tried Firefox for a bit.
Same issue, reported with recording here: https://roamresearch.slack.com/archives/CN2L1UUHY/p1590115834490200
Using Chrome on MacOS Catalina, Roam version 0.6.2-db48078f
Same issue here, on Firefox on Kubuntu 20.0.04. Video attached.

Strangely I didn't get any of these duplicated blocks on my main environment (Firefox on Kubuntu) (where these were created) initially. I saw that my Today plan on my phone seemed to have a wrong task. Checked my normal browser and it seemed all fine, just like I made it originally. Checked Chrome on the same machine and it was wrong. Only after a hard refresh would my normal environment show the duplicated blocks.
Furthermore some of the blocks are just plan wrong, not duplicated. At the bottom of the video there is Tuesday with "Chapter 82" and "Chapter 77" which are block references to tasks in a book I am reading. However I created a reference to Chapters 77 and 78  I could still see that before hard refreshing. Somehow the block reference changed, or got out of sync.
Describe the bug
The same block seems to exist in multiple locations on a page. See the "Data outcomes" block(s) in the GIF below.
To Reproduce Unfortunately I've not been able to recreate it myself anywhere else, but it is still there even after a refresh.
