Collapsable tables cannot be scrolled via click and drag #274

Description of the bug Collapsable tables with horizontal scroll bars cannot be scrolled, instead they re-collapse, meaning the initially hidden content of the table cannot be viewed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Using Google Chrome Browser Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10,
  2. Go to https://roamresearch.com/ then to Roam white paper, and then Roam Change Log.
  3. Look in the change log under "May 12, 2020": "Improvements": "[[Queries]] are now collapsable, and show you what the query rules are." Nested here there is a collapsable table with a horizontal scroll bar.
  4. Try clicking and dragging the scroll bar to view the hidden parts of the table, and the table will re-collapse rather than scroll.

I am also experiencing this bug in Firefox, in case that's helpful.
