Updated. It turned out the "ё" character is affected as well.
It looks like someone was trying to implement a new feature and totally forgot that there are other languages in this world except English. And particularly - that if no English character is printed on your keyboard it doesn't mean yet that it's free for your use ;-)
I have a similar problem with accents in Portuguese, but only in Safari. Everything works well in Chrome
Have same issue in Chrome and Linux app
Hey guys, is this still an issue?
Hey guys, is this still an issue?
Yes.
The issue is still here, except for page titles (in a title the Russian "Х", "х" and "ё" are accessible).
Had similar issue but in Brave (first Nightly version, then in original Brave). Several updates later the problem vanished.
Hi folks, I've been unable to reproduce this bug in firefox, chrome, brave, or safari on mac.
Is this an ongoing issue? If so, could I get more system information from everyone who is still dealing with this?

Hello, my problem with accents was fixed here.
@gustavobio great!
Thank you!
Describe the bug
I cannot type Russian text anymore since characters "х", "Х" and "ё" cannot be entered.
To Reproduce
Just try to type letter "х" from Russian alphabet (codes: 0445/0425). Instead appears either "[" or "{". Another example - ё character which is located on the "~" key on the Russian keyboard.

Additional context
There is another bug report on this issue, but it seems that nobody cared about it. And despite it was in a dev version, it silently migrated to the stable build. That's very bad guys.
