Entire page lost and need to reselect a trail #578

Hi roam. I am on a scholar plan for account "qihang.dai@student.manchester.ac.uk". Tonight when i try to see the help page, it stuck in loading. i can access roamresearch.com, but i cant enter a page after searching i clean the cache and cookie, my page is gone and i need to repay.. only believer plan could be clicked. My final year project note are on it... i dont have local data. Also i cant see my page on another account "553269487dqh@gmail.com"

I stuck in the loading sign too on my phone. Looks like i am banned somehow

i can still see my page in another laptop, but one my own it only direct me to the plan choose site

change browser doesnt work

Issue close. I'm a China user connecting zoom via VPN, and the page get back to me when i switch to my origin VPN... weirdo

Still cant work under my VPN but it works using the same VPN in my phone and another PC
