Mobile bar is not visible on iPad

Describe the bug When I type a note on mobile, the mobile bar is missing, so I can't indent, upload a picture etc.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any note on a mobile or tablet device (I tested android and ipad)
2. Click on a bullet point to start typing
3. The mobile bar is missing so you can't indent blocks or upload pictures

System Information:

• Roam version: I can't find the version on mobile but both devices say they are up to date
• Devices: iPad 6th Gen and Samsung s8+
• OS: iOS 14 and Android 7.0
• Browser: Reproducible across all browsers but tested on iOS safari and brave and Android Chrome, Brave and firefox.

Additional context It happens for me both on my personal graph and on the roam book club graph. I haven't found any other report of this very significant issue which makes me suspect I must have done something wrong but I haven't found any setting I could have accidentally switched. Ready to be lectured though :)

Ah I see if I install the roam app on android it's back! On iPad I don't see an option to install though so not sure if this is still a bug
