SPF/DMARC on roamresearch.com breaks Freshdesk #608

Your SPF/DMARC policy on roamresearch.com, probably made in response to https://github.com/Roam-Research/issues/issues/33, is blocking legitimate mail from Freshdesk:

$ dig +short TXT roamresearch.com
[...]
"v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all"

$ dig +short TXT _dmarc.roamresearch.com
"v=DMARC1; p=quarantine;"

That SPF record includes only google.com, and any provider who complies with the strict DMARC policy will quarantine any mails that aren't from google.com. This is commendable and great for security, however, it breaks your Freshdesk support mails which use support@roamresearch.com. GMail complies with the DMARC policy and dutifully sorted all mails into the spam folder:
