Being able to move multiple selected blocks

Describe the problem When I select multiple blocks (esc + up / down arrow), I can't move them:

• neither with cmd + shift + up / down
• nor using the up / down action button on mobile device

I can only drag them with a mouse.

Feature implementation

I should be able to move multiple blocks with keyboard commands or from the mobile action up/down menu as if only 1 is selected.
