Turning on a global filter breaks custom CSS #618

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you have a custom CSS added, eg h1 {color:red!important}
  2. Add a filter
  3. turn on/off the global icon and see how it breaks the custom CSS
