Clicking a block to begin typing causes jump in scroll position #624

This happens when the following conditions are met:

  1. page is longer than the view height
  2. you've scrolled down so that the bottom of the page is visible

At this point, if you click on a block to begin editing, the page jumps around it's easy to lose your place. See attached video.
