Describe the bug
We are based at University of Bath in the UK and using Roam-Research in our reserarch group among various group members. We noticed an issue regarding the uploading images to the notes when we are in the Univeristy network (either directly or via VPN). The upload bar apears but it does not show any progress.
We could confirm the source of issue to be because of network issues by simply connecting to another network via VPN which solved the issue and upload could have been done without problem.

The URL which is being blocked is firebasestorage.googleapis.com
To Reproduce
Unfortunately, there is no straightforward for you to reproduce the issue on your end unless being connected to the University of Bath network.
System Information:
Roam version: 0.7.5-da60adcc
Device: laptop
OS: Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Browser: Chrome
(I can add to this that other group members are using macOS and face the same issue).
Additional context
My suspecion is that the IPs associated with Univeristy of Bath at some point been added to your block list and stayed there up to now. We can use other features of roam without any issue (as far as I am aware of) and only upload functionality is blocked.
