Suddenly the hotkey Ctrl-Alt-[number] stop working. It keeps producing number characters instead of formating change until after some characters (or hold it for long enough).

Roam version: (cannot seem to find the Roam version, but it is the most updated version at the time of this post (Jan 18th, 2021, GMT+7)
Device: desktop computer
OS: Windows,

Additional context
I tried turn off / remove most browser extension as well as other roam/js (i.e.: mouseless) but the problem persists. Tried reload Roam multiple time also
