Hotkey for Heading stop working (Ctrl-Alt-[1/2/3]) - Chrome on Windows

Describe the bug

Suddenly the hotkey Ctrl-Alt-[number] stop working. It keeps producing number characters instead of formating change until after some characters (or hold it for long enough).

System Information:

Roam version: (cannot seem to find the Roam version, but it is the most updated version at the time of this post (Jan 18th, 2021, GMT+7) Device: desktop computer OS: Windows, Browser Chrome Version 87.0.4280.141

Additional context

I tried turn off / remove most browser extension as well as other roam/js (i.e.: mouseless) but the problem persists. Tried reload Roam multiple time also

Noted conflict with other JS (mouseless) with Roam itself. Closed.
