Describe the bug

Hashtag words in page titles aren't linked:

But bracketed words in page titles are linked:

And hashtag words not in page titles are linked:

And bracketed words not in page titles are linked:

So "Title1" is the only one that doesn't appear in the query:

I couldn't find my hashtag notes because they unexpectedly weren't linked.

System Information:

Roam version: 0.7.8-c32968b2
Device: desktop
OS: Linux
Browser: Chrome

Hash versions seem mainly used for styling. As such, I don't see the need for their inclusion in titles.

If they were to be included this would likely cause issues with titles containing # not intended as page links — especially with imported page titles from outside sources.

The last screenshot shows that the hashtag format is used as a page indicator in blocks and queries, not only for styling. The only place where it doesn't act equivalently to bracketed tags is in titles.
